Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business, is looking for an Experienced Project Management Specialist to join their team. This role is accountable for the overall profitability and performance of assigned programs, including the enhancement of existing and implementation of new programs. The specialist will maintain and create professional relationships with assigned customers, and is responsible for continuous improvement in customer program management tools and processes. Collaboration with and influence of cross-functional internal leaders regarding customer-specific strategy, execution, and customer relationship management are key. The role also involves consistent management and administration of contractual obligations, including recoveries and remedies. Support is provided for coordination and clarification of analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope for long-range business goals, as well as coordinating program metrics and integrating Best Program Management Practices. The specialist will facilitate the resolution of program issues, developing innovative solutions, and provide in-depth analysis, identifying lessons learned for future project plans. Data collection, organization, and provision according to established processes within the management system are required to maintain program status, customer and supplier commitments, and compliance. Follow-up actions for issue resolution, coaching and guidance to teammates, and performing 1-on-1s are also part of the responsibilities. The role includes program reviews with external and internal senior leadership, approvals for CR/Rebills and RMAs, creation of Get to Green Plans, providing KPI metrics reports, and supporting Customer on-site business reviews. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required will also be performed.
