About The Position

You will be the Project Management & Planning Operations Representative Senior - Level 3 for the Project Management & Planning Operations team which is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational aspects of ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Experience in project support, project management.
• Experience managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including prioritizing requests from numerous sources while ensuring all valid requests are ultimately driven to closure.
• Experience in cross functional support and working with external business partners. I.E. Facilities, I.T., Networking
• Active Secret Clearance
• Must be a US Citizen for consideration.

• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, from new hires to leaders
• Experience using Microsoft Office products to analyze data to manage and improve program processes
• Ability to create and manage project schedules
• Service Central Ticketing System experience
• VEMO Tool Knowledge
• Prior Military experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
