Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Act as principle lead on assigned Facilities Projects and serves as the single point of contact between the company, customers and contractors Develops agendas and schedules for project meetings as required Performs data analytics and generates metrics to support departmental goals and performance Act as principle lead on special or emergent projects and compiles/submits project metrics or updates to the Director of Facilities and Maintenance as requested Compile and maintain metrics on both Overhead and Capital performance for review and submittal
