About The Position
You will be the Program Management, Senior - Level 3 for the F-35 Deputy PMO which is responsible for delivering cost‑competitive, schedule‑driven, and technically excellent outcomes across the F‑35 program. As the Program Management, Senior - Level 3 you will be responsible for steering the full lifecycle of major program initiatives, from concept through execution, while safeguarding cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Requirements
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
- The selected candidate must obtain a Top Secret clearance after hire.
- Bachelors degree or higher or combined education and experience.
- Program/Project Management Experience

Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of program budgets and cost‑competitiveness strategies.
- Coordinate preparation of proposals, business plans, and contract negotiations.
- Serve as the primary customer liaison, facilitating program review sessions and performance reporting.
- Define technical milestones, monitor schedule adherence, and drive resolution of program risks.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams across engineering, manufacturing, and administration to achieve program objectives.
