About The Position

Supports the Mission Assurance Team with operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management for Skunk Works® and AMMM Programs. This role involves reviewing and assessing project issues, developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals, and creating mechanisms for monitoring project progress and intervention. The position also requires collaboration with engineering, program, and government stakeholders to resolve anomalies and drive continuous improvement, as well as working with the Mission Assurance Senior Manager on technical, cost, and schedule aspects of contracts, including generating earned-value and risk assessments. Progress, issues, and achievements will be reported to the Mission Assurance Senior Manager and Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college/university.
  • Generally has 8+ years of related experience and may have a post‑secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
  • Experience communicating with multi-disciplined engineering teams.
  • Experience with finance, planning, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) Clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidate must be available for occasional domestic travel (up to 25%).
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple high‑priority tasks.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in Project Planning and/or Project Management.
  • Experience working proposals, contracts and/or process development and improvement.
  • Experience with project performance and metric tools such as Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Tableau.
  • Familiarity and knowledge of Avionics Subsystems to include Communications, Navigation, Identification, Infrared Search and Track, Core Processing, Electronic Warfare/Protection and Radar.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management, or in a Control Account Manager Role.
  • Ability to or Experience conducting gap analysis and managing multiple projects/milestones.

Responsibilities
