The Senior Project Lead, Talent Planning, is responsible for developing, shaping, and implementing a portfolio of Workforce Experience initiatives in support of the Staff, External Workforce, and Supplier audiences. This role requires a strong professional who can influence leaders, guide cross-functional collaboration, and steward critical initiatives. Success will require project and change management, process optimization, and training and development expertise.
