About The Position

You will be the Data Analyst Senior Staff for the Sustainment Control team, responsible for advancing the F‑35 sustainment control function. In this role, you will shape the sustainment control framework, apply analytics to drive supply performance improvements, and deliver critical insights that guide enterprise‑level decision‑making. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and strategic operations professional with a strong background in supply chain, logistics, or sustainment operations. Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience operating within a Supply Chain Management or Logistics function (i.e. distribution, logistics, support systems, contract negotiations, and/or sub-contract knowledge)
  • Experience overseeing and managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects and/or serving as liaison in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience collaborating with customers and key stakeholders
  • Experience in operating SAP as pertaining to data analysis.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or Above in a technical discipline or Supply Chain / Logistics with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Project and Access.
  • Experience with Data Analytics used to drive improvements.
  • Experience leading implementation of major initiatives
  • Experience with sustainment and logistics.
  • Experience with military service operations and customers.
  • Experience integrating across multiple IPTs including engineering, sustainment, and procurement.
  • Multi-platform or multi-program experience.
  • Understanding of Root Cause/ Corrective Action analysis
  • Ability to work without frequent oversight and tenacity to accomplish assignments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience creating presentations and presenting to senior-level company executives and customers

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sustainment Control Lead in developing and establishing the sustainment control function across the enterprise.
  • Provide oversight of sustainment supply performance for the F‑35 program.
  • Apply analytics to identify key process drivers and recommend solutions for performance improvement.
  • Serve as project manager for sustainment control initiatives, ensuring alignment and execution across teams.
  • Develop and deliver senior‑leadership briefings to communicate findings, updates, and recommendations.
