DAN Skillbridge Program - Project Management & Operational Support SkillBridge Fellowship
About The Position
This SkillBridge fellowship provides transitioning Service Members with structured training in civilian project management within a mission-driven nonprofit organization focused on diver safety, emergency assistance, research, and member services. Participants will develop competencies aligned with Project Management Institute (PMI) frameworks while supporting supervised project work across DAN’s operational areas. Training includes project planning, scope development, scheduling, risk tracking, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and process improvement. Fellows will be assigned defined project workstreams with measurable deliverables under supervision.

- Must be eligible for the SkillBridge program.

- Dive experience is highly desirable but not required.
Responsibilities
