This Project Management Manager role involves planning, executing, and evaluating projects within predetermined timelines and budgets, as well as building and managing project teams to ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires a flexible work schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading and managing full lifecycle projects, directly owning and driving project execution.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Skills in Conflict Resolution, Executive Influence, Portfolio Management, and Project Management Planning.
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of coursework and extensive related professional experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with various managers and leaders to lay out project implementation guidelines and plan for manpower and/or other resource requirements.
• Lead and manage full lifecycle projects, directly owning and driving project execution.
• Manage projects of major importance to overall business operations by reporting status, tracking delays and making required adjustments.
• Determine overall staffing requirements relating to corporate projects.
• Conduct interviews, hire and train new employees for specific project assignments.
• Direct project teams in the development and implementation of project plans.
• Negotiate, administer and monitor contracts.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
• Be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
