About The Position

This Project Management Manager 1 role offers a flexible work schedule, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. The position is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects within predetermined timelines and budgets. It involves building and managing project teams, ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle, and accomplishing objectives through careful planning and evaluation. This role is ineligible for visa sponsorship; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring future sponsorship.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing full lifecycle projects is required; This role is intended for individuals who have directly owned and driven project execution.
  • Bachelor's Degree (or some combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience).
  • 5-7 Years Relevant Work Experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
  • Skills: Conflict Resolution, Executive Influence, Portfolio Management, Project Management Planning

Responsibilities

  • Works with various managers and leaders to lay out project implementation guidelines and plan for manpower and/or other resource requirements.
  • Manages projects of major importance to overall business operations by reporting status, tracking delays and making required adjustments.
  • Determines overall staffing requirements relating to corporate projects.
  • Conducts interviews, hires and trains new employees for specific project assignments.
  • Directs project teams in the development and implementation of project plans.
  • Negotiates, administers and monitors contracts.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
