Requirements
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education with one year or less from graduation required.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration.
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs required.
- Ability to prioritize workload and responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Interest in organic and working with farmers and cooperative business model preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and administrative tasks.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and action items.
- Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and distribute meeting notes.
- Communicate updates to project stakeholders and team members.
- Support issue resolution and escalation processes.
- Maintain project plans, dashboards, and status reports.
- Assist with project documentation, governance, and reporting requirements.
- Develop and organize project materials that support visibility, accountability, and decision-making.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the development and adoption of project management best practices across the team.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve project execution.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
