About The Position

This internship offers hands-on exposure to project planning, coordination, and delivery for individuals new to the field. Interns will work alongside experienced project managers, gaining practical experience in daily activities that keep initiatives on track. No prior project management experience is required, only curiosity, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. A coding or IT background is not necessary.

Requirements

  • College undergraduate or graduate student matriculated in an active college/university focusing on Business, Mathematics, Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Junior or Senior class member preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Detail orientated
  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • Eager to learn new processes and tools.
  • Able to question and be innovative to problem solve.
  • Comfortable engaging with people across different teams and senority levels
  • Clear written and verbal communication – can turn complex data into easily understandable information.
  • Valid authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Schedules project meetings, prepares agendas, and keeps discussions focused and on time.
  • Supports Business Transformation and New Business Development meetings, capturing key points.
  • Ensures decisions, owners, and next steps are clear before each meeting closes.
  • Drafts and distributes concise meeting recaps covering decisions, action items, and owners.
  • Documents project status, workflows, and discussion topics in clear, plain language.
  • Maintains a project issues log and flags items needing user or follow-up.
  • Maintains and updates project trackers, timelines, and data in Microsoft Excel.
  • Builds and refines PowerPoint materials to communicate progress and status.
  • Provides day-to-day administrative support to the Business Transformation & New Business Development teams.
  • Engages and follows up with people at all levels to keep deliverables on schedule.
  • Learns how projects move from request to delivery, including Agile and new product launch processes.
  • Develops professional communication, coordination, and critical-thinking skills.
