About The Position

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Regular, reliable attendance
• Work productively and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees and others; individually or in a team environment
• Perform work safely and effectively

Nice To Haves

• familiarity with project management or collaboration tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and status reports
• Track project tasks, deliverables, and milestones using project management tools
• Coordinate with technology teams (development, infrastructure, etc.) to gather status updates
• Support risk and issue tracking, escalating items as needed
• Help prepare meeting agendas, capture meeting notes, and follow up on action items
• Participate in meetings and present updates as appropriate
