About The Position

This role involves leading the end-to-end development of proposals, including scope definition, technical approach, and cost narrative. The analyst will update BOE models to capture labor, material, and non-labor estimates for Weapons Secure and Infrastructure & Capabilities (WSIC) projects. Responsibilities include validating assumptions, incorporating risk/contingency, and producing supporting documentation for contract award. The position also coordinates the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of WSIC projects within the area of assigned responsibility.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Proficient in complex problem solving requiring multidisciplinary thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office
US Citizen for consideration
Must have or be able to obtain a government security clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience in proposal development for sustainment and/or LE2 CLINs
Experience with genBOE
Tool or proposal development experience
Experience with presenting data to SR management and stakeholders
Active DoD security clearance
