This position is responsible for leading, facilitating, and monitoring the planning and operations within the assigned business unit at a senior level. This includes an advanced understanding and ability to lead and guide the strategic deployment and operational implementation of the strategic plan, projects, and initiatives for the assigned business unit. This position is able to attend and participate in meetings on behalf of business unit leaders. This is a hybrid, temporary role based in the Portland metro area, with 1–2 days onsite per week in our downtown Portland office. The role is expected to last approximately 9 months.
