Sr Analyst, Project Management

This role supports the Medicaid provider management team, focusing on assignment, reporting, project management, and non-production activities. It involves coordination and collaboration within Medicaid Provider Operations and internal teams, and the individual will lead work assignments, working closely with a manager on department production and turnaround times. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
Requirements
- 5+ Years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and other end user applications.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced skills and extensive use of tools such as Power BI and SQL.
- Strong data analytical skills.
- General understanding and skills in PowerPoint.
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally with internal and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of relevant experience.
Nice To Haves
- QNXT system experience
- Experience using project tracking systems (i.e., Asana).
- Provides technical and/or functional leadership within unit (i.e., team lead).
- Extract information from provider systems to meet business reporting needs.
- Strong communication skills.
- PMP Certification
- Previous Medicaid expansions or new implementations
Responsibilities
- Support several parts of the Medicaid provider management team with focus on assignment, reporting, project management, and non production activities.
- Focus on coordination and collaboration amongst work for Medicaid Provider Operations and internal.
- Lead for work assignments and work closely with manager on department production and turn around times.
- Identify and escalate data accuracy concerns to address for cleanup.
- Facilitate action-focused/data-centered conversations with stakeholders about opportunities and trends in the data.
- Contribute to ad hoc special projects.
