About The Position

Amentum is seeking a Project Management Analyst to provide Procurement Support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Electromagnetic Effects Division (B50). This role involves performing financial management and administrative activities, administering purchase requests, conducting technical screening of requested items, tracking and coordinating approvals, aiding in the submission of PCard and MILSTRIP procurement requests, and performing, monitoring, and receiving shipments. The analyst will also track and report shipping status and maintain accurate associated records and documentation. The position requires an active SECRET US Government Clearance and US Citizenship.

Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience that includes performing financial management and administrative activities, such as budgeting and resource planning, project scheduling and reporting
• Experience executing established tasking that follow detailed procedures and processes
• Experience with preparation of charts, tables, graphs and diagrams to assist in analyzing status
• Experience supporting procurement of material and tracking procurement status utilizing spreadsheets and / or Government online tools
• Experienced with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, etc.)
• Must have an Active SECRET US Government Clearance
• US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance

Responsibilities

• Providing B30 Procurement Support by performing financial management and administrative activities
• Administering purchase requests by gathering essential data and collaborating with Government personnel
• Conducting technical screening of requested items
• Tracking and coordinating approvals with essential functional area government leads
• Aiding in submission of PCard and MILSTRIP procurement requests
• Performing, monitoring and receiving shipments including tracking and reporting shipping status
• Maintaining accurate associated records and documentation and communicate status to Government personnel
