About The Position
HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support the STINGRAI program with project tracking, financial analysis, and operational coordination in a government contracting environment. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting STINGRAI program goals. The requisition covers multiple positions and experience levels, with hiring locations including Doral, Florida, and remote. Positions based in Doral require full-time onsite work at the SOUTHCOM offices. Final placement and salary depend on the applicant’s qualifications, experience, and skill sets. The position requires eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience supporting complex technical projects or programs within the Department of Defense (DoD).
- Relevant experience and education according to level: Level 2 requires 3 years with a related bachelor's degree, 1 year with a related master's degree, or 7 years with a high school diploma or equivalent; Level 3 requires 6 years with a related bachelor's degree, 4 years with a related master's degree, or 10 years with a high school diploma or equivalent; Level 4 requires 10 years with a related bachelor's degree, 8 years with a related master's degree, or 14 years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of DoD project management standards, risk management practices, and compliance requirements.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Possess and maintain an active Secret clearance.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential.
- Familiarity with DoD-specific project management methodologies and tools, including Microsoft Project.
Responsibilities
- Review and track STINGRAI project and budget status, manage schedules, and prepare status reports.
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals.
- Develop mechanisms to monitor project progress and support intervention and problem-solving with project managers, line managers, and customers.
- Coordinate operational aspects of ongoing STINGRAI projects and serve as a liaison between project management, planning, the project team, and leadership.
- Assist in developing contract-required products, including technical direction plans and rough-order-of-magnitude pricing, and manage the risk register.
