About The Position

Provide analysis and assistance in planning and organizing projects that impact or enhance the department. This hybrid position is located in Memphis, TN; Moon Township, PA; or Plano, TX. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location and work at the FedEx campus several times per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, computer science, or a directly related discipline.
• Four years of exempt experience in project management, product development, systems design/development, or business/financial planning and analysis.
• Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining systems.
• Experience using project management or planning software.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management and communication.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in large-scale transformational project management, including navigating ambiguity and working on projects with multiple senior-level stakeholders.
• Experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations and communications.
• Ability to synthesize complex information, key performance indicators, and data into clear, concise insights and strategic recommendations.
• High degree of business acumen and ability to understand and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
• Experience with budgets and headcount.

Responsibilities

• Monitor department schedules to help ensure projects are completed on or before projected completion dates.
• Collect and analyze necessary data, including financial and performance indicators, to resolve problems, issues, and concerns affecting the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
