The successful candidate will perform work daily at the client site location on Wright-Patterson AFB, OH HII Mission Technologies has an immediate opportunity for an Acquisition Program Manager supporting the Fighters and Advanced Aircraft and Bombers Directorates at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH. The Acquisition Program Manager will provide a full range of program management support to Fighters and Advanced Aircraft and/or Bombers Directorate program management offices, in accordance with DoDD 5000.01, Defense Acquisition System, DoDI 5000.02, Operation of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework, and AFI 63-101/20-101, Integrated Life Cycle Management guidance and will serve as an adviser to government personnel. Duties will include planning, executing, and controlling acquisition programs through all phases of the acquisition life-cycle. The ideal candidate for this position is self-motivated, possesses broad U.S. Air Force acquisition experience, is comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative work environment, and can identify and prioritize necessary tasks/activities to ensure program and organizational success. Requirements

Project Management Analyst 3 - 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
Project Management Analyst 4 -10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.years relevant experience.
Project Management Analyst 5 - 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience.
SECRET clearance
Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Science (BS) in a Business Management or Engineering discipline, plus ten
Program Management experience, four (4) years must be in DoD Acquisition Programs
Extensive knowledge and demonstrated application of DoD and Air Force program management policies and procedures on an ACAT III or higher modification program on a major weapon system
Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a collaborative team
Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Knowledge of: Avionics in support of avionics subsystem definition, development, integration, and testing.
Requirements development and verification methods to include review of ICD, sustainment, T&E, system architectures, and airworthiness certification across a wide range of hardware and software systems

Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO} development and validation Experience with:
Reviewing and/or developing AF Form 1067 (Modification Proposals)
Fielding new and updated aircraft systems

Development of integrated master schedules (IMS} and analysis of critical path and schedule execution using Microsoft Project

Responsibilities

Statements of Work or Performance Work Statements and other Request for Proposal documents
Support: Technical evaluation of program proposals
Identification, analysis, mitigation development, and monitoring of program risks, issues, and opportunities
Development and analysis of program Integrated Master Schedules
Analysis of program cost performance (Earned Value Management) and implementation of corrective actions
