About The Position

As a Senior Analyst in Project Management, you will support and manage project execution by aligning solutions with business needs, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery. This role involves building strong stakeholder relationships, addressing critical issues, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights. You will provide expert guidance on project planning and implementation while maintaining compliance with company standards. Your efforts will contribute to effective communication, accountability, and the successful achievement of organizational goals within a dynamic and evolving environment. The team provides end-to-end ownership of the replacement and installation of automotive, food equipment, balers, and compactors, supporting operations and field partners across Walmart and Sam’s Club locations in the US. They manage project planning, implementation, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business needs. The team emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance. Members leverage strong project management and communication skills to drive effective solutions that support operational excellence and contribute to the company’s mission and values.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, including planning, implementation, and monitoring of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
  • Ability to identify project requirements, analyze root causes, and propose practical solutions to improve outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage audiences and provide clear, impactful presentations and reports.
  • Demonstrated accountability for project delivery, including budget tracking and issue resolution.
  • Expertise in applying best practices and adapting to organizational changes and competing priorities.
  • Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and fostering a positive team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, engineering, or related area.

Responsibilities
