About The Position

Peraton is looking to hire a PMO Analyst-Mid in the Washington DC Metro area. This role will be a remote position. At times the role will also require travel to Annapolis Junction, MD or the Quantico client site when necessary.

Requirements

8 years with a BS/BA, 6 years with a MS/MA or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree
Experience in business operations, program management, or project management supporting large scale IT programs
Experience managing project budgets, staffing, subcontracting, procurements, schedules, contracts, and financial reporting
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendor
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project or financial management systems
Active DoD Secret Clearance required
Must be local to the DC Metro area

Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

Support the operational execution of programs to help achieve cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and operational reporting.
Serve as the liaison between project teams, leadership, clients, and vendors.
Monitor program performance, resolve risks, and implement process improvements.
Support contract management, financial analysis, and funding oversight.
Develop operational metrics, dashboards, and executive status reports.
Support proposal development, pricing activities, and new business efforts.
Coordinate resources and provide operational guidance to project teams.
