Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Management Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define organizational objectives and build tailored project management plans and roadmaps.
  • Analyze project documentation, workflows, and data to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce acquisition onboarding cycle times.
  • Establish feedback loops and post-mortem sessions to identify trends and continuously refine project management processes.
  • Lead the full integration process for newly acquired clinics from LOI through post-close, serving as the central coordinator between M&A, Operations, Clinical Leadership, and functional teams.
  • Drive acquisitions to completion within a strict 90-day timeline by keeping workstreams on task, managing deadlines, and proactively mitigating risks.
  • Partner with Clinic Operations during due diligence to identify operational risks, gaps, and efficiency opportunities early in the acquisition lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the Integration Area Manager to bridge gaps between clinical staff and leadership, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
  • Facilitate seamless cross-functional communication by conducting daily/weekly checkpoint updates and implementing structured status reporting.
  • Identify potential project and acquisition risks early, developing proactive strategies to prevent timeline derailment.
  • Conduct training sessions for project teams and key stakeholders on project methodologies and integration principles.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project outcomes and long-term integration success.
