This role prepares and coordinates plans and schedules for new or existing programs. The analyst will determine, monitor, and review costs, operational budgets, schedules, and manpower requirements. They will also support and participate in customer negotiations, analyze the effects of projects on various areas like Engineering, Facilities, and the labor pool to find the most practical and cost-efficient methods for obtaining required resources, and resolve proposal preparation problems. Additionally, the analyst will assess progress against established plans and parameters and formulate and recommend corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements.
