Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • 8+ years of Information Technology leadership experience
  • 5+ years managing large information technology programs
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience managing budgets
  • PMP / Six Sigma certification

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate robust partnerships with primary operational leads and executive sponsors
  • Displays a sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impacts on the company’s success
  • Advises, guides and leads high functioning team members during the program lifecycle
  • Manage resources assigned to complex, multifaceted projects while directing enduring technological strategies in accordance with organizational initiatives.
  • Delivers reporting for leadership while overseeing the IT evaluation and ranking workflows
  • Lead technology roadmap development in collaboration with the Portfolio leadership team and works across Ascension Technologies disciplines to enable solutions
