The Leadership Development Manager sits within TransUnion’s Talent and Culture Center of Excellence (COE), responsible for building enterprise-wide leadership capability that enables business strategy execution. This team partners closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and other COEs to embed consistent leadership expectations, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and support organizational transformation. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. This role exists to build and scale leadership capability across TransUnion by translating enterprise strategy into cohesive, practical development approaches that strengthen leadership effectiveness, cultural alignment, and organizational readiness.
