Project Lead As a Project Leader at ICON, you will be responsible for guiding and managing medical communications and publication projects to ensure the successful delivery.

Requirements

• Solid project and program management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and mentor more junior team members.
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects effectively, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to achieving project goals and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day projects including cross-functional stakeholder alignment and client engagement responsibilities.
• Lead and manage various medical communication projects including publications, including defining project briefs, planning, and coordinating activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage client status meetings, reports and liaison as co-lead with scientific counterparts for multiple projects.
• Execute project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved on time.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project plans, deliverables, and expectations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement solutions to address challenges and keep the project on track or escalating as appropriate.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status, performance, and changes to stakeholders and team management and sr management as appropriate.
