To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Leader Specialist L2 in our plant in Morocco.

Requirements

• Master or Engineering degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the WH field.
• Strong command of Office Tools: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent speaker of French and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project industrialization (development & serial phase) ensuring compliance with customer milestones and ANPQP requirements.
• Manage project risk assessment, 4M & QCD reporting, and escalate critical issues to ensure targets achievement.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives while fostering strong team spirit and performance culture.
• Oversee RFQ preparation, PCS consolidation, ramp-up costs.
• Monitor project quality, efficiency, obsolescence management, wave changes, and prototype production in line with specifications and deadlines.
• Lead contractual and operational processes including CEC contract preparation, GPMS functional reviews, AFAPs, and ramp-up validation.
