About The Position

ICF is seeking a Project Lead to support healthcare programs. This position will be focused on maintaining and supporting current Java and SQL Server implementations, and designing, implementing, and migrating to a modernized React, Java, and PostgreSQL architecture. This role requires extensive hands-on experience and the ability to update, maintain, and understand complicated SQL stored procedures. Team members are dynamic, skilled in front-end, back-end, and database technologies, and passionate about innovative technology development and client work.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
6+ years of project management experience.
5+ years of experience in Agile .NET implementations with in-depth understanding of technology and technical aspects of the project.
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree
Ability to comprehend the complexities of software design and databases and anticipate technical and business challenges to ensure products align well with the project's goals.
Prior experience in consulting or healthcare is an advantage but not essential.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, in a professional work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile software development projects involving .NET applications, ensuring timely delivery, technical quality, and alignment with business objectives.
Provide technical leadership and oversight for web and mobile application development using .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript frameworks, and SQL Server technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to identify requirements, manage risks, and anticipate technical and business challenges.
Oversee software architecture, database design, and system integration efforts while supporting modernization of legacy applications.
Guide Agile processes, project planning, resource coordination, and team performance while promoting best practices in software development and delivery.
