About The Position

EBARA HG is a leading manufacturer of industrial pumps, mixers, and engineered process equipment serving customers across North America and around the world. We specialize in complex engineered-to-order (ETO) solutions where every project presents unique technical and operational challenges. We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to lead custom manufacturing projects from contract award through engineering, production, testing, shipment, and final delivery. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • PMP Certification (or equivalent project management certification).
  • 3–5+ years of project management experience within industrial manufacturing, engineered equipment, or custom manufacturing environments.
  • Experience managing complex engineered-to-order projects.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, contract administration, and change management.

Nice To Haves

  • Pumps, mixers, rotating equipment, pressure vessels, or industrial process equipment.
  • ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing planning environments.
  • Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software.
  • Progress billing and milestone-based contract management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple engineered-to-order projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and milestone plans.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and logistics activities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout project execution.
  • Provide regular project updates and coordinate customer approvals.
  • Review contractual requirements and manage scope changes.
  • Administer change orders and commercial documentation.
  • Align engineering deliverables with manufacturing schedules.
  • Coordinate production priorities and project execution activities.
  • Monitor testing, inspections, and shipment readiness.
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability.
  • Track earned revenue and project expenditures.
  • Manage milestone billing and progress payment requirements.
  • Partner with Finance to support invoicing and collections.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Escalate schedule, technical, and commercial concerns when required.
  • Lead project closeout reviews and lessons learned initiatives.
