About The Position

T&M Services installs commercial workplace interiors and is seeking an experienced Commercial Lead Installer & Site Supervisor. This role involves leading a crew by example, ensuring projects stay on schedule, and acting as the primary contact for clients and contractors. The company provides the necessary backing, resources, and site authority to manage projects effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years leading crews in commercial furniture installation, commercial carpentry, cabinet making, or interior trades.
• Proven ability to earn respect on the floor by working hard, knowing the assembly process, and keeping crew members focused.
• Ability to read architectural floor plans, spot field measurement discrepancies early, and use mobile tools for site tracking.
• Ability to stand firm on scope boundaries politely, capture change orders, and bring jobs in on schedule.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation projects from daily kickoff to final sign-off, working alongside the crew and ensuring assembly standards are met.
• Conduct initial site walks to review floor plans, verify site conditions, and identify potential conflicts before installation.
• Manage project scope and change orders, documenting added customer requests and protecting project profitability.
• Serve as the direct on-site contact for furniture dealers, general contractors, and facility managers.
• Handle day-to-day job site logistics independently.
