About The Position

The Project Lead / Project Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing standardized project management processes and methodologies tailored to CofC. This role ensures all projects are delivered on time, within budget, to quality standards, and in line with established frameworks. The position involves collaborating with technical staff and business stakeholders to create project documentation, monitoring project performance, identifying risks, and facilitating stakeholder engagement. Additionally, the role includes mentoring team members on Agile practices and participating in special assignments within the Portfolio Management Office or IT division.

Requirements

  • 1+ years working with Business Analysts.
  • 1+ years working with Kanban methodology.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of related experience (or 9+ years without a degree).

Nice To Haves

  • Product Owner experience.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Experience working with Data Analysts or Data Scientists.
  • Prior IT experience (analyst, programmer, or similar).
  • Additional PMI or Agile/Scrum certifications.
  • ServiceNow Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee standardized project management processes and methodologies tailored to CofC.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, to quality standards, and in line with established frameworks.
  • Collaborate with technical staff and business stakeholders to create project documentation and artifacts suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Monitor project performance and report progress through dashboards and executive summaries.
  • Identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and support communication across departments.
  • Mentor and coach team members on Agile practices to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in special assignments, task forces, or other activities within the Portfolio Management Office or IT division as needed.
