About The Position

This role is for a Project Lead Services for a Digital Transformation Project. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry, excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, and a customer-centric approach. The role involves leading digital transformation and process improvement initiatives, facilitating stakeholder engagement, developing roadmaps, and managing project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering
  • At least seven plus (7+) years of previous exposure within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry.
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English (good communications)
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to support project and business requirements.
  • Seven plus (7+) years overall business experience (minimum 5 yrs in manufacturing or base business roles).
  • One plus (1+) Project Management and strong cross-functional business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Lead coordination of digital transformation and process improvement initiatives across site operations.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, onboarding activities, and business case data collection.
  • Coordinate and support physical and virtual workshops, including agendas, materials, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Create detailed business cases and project charters supporting site strategic priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and next-generation digital solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional prioritization and execution planning for transformation initiatives.
  • Manage project governance, timelines, deliverables, financial tracking, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Support stakeholder communication, change management, and program governance reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while supporting successful project execution.
