About The Position

This role is responsible for leading the evolution and integration of enterprise systems, with a primary focus on ADempiere Open-Source ERP and an internally developed commissions management software. The Digital Transformation Manager will drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and ensure seamless system interoperability. Key responsibilities include leading master data governance to ensure data accuracy and integrity across various platforms, directing the configuration and deployment of enterprise applications for robust connectivity, and evaluating integration work to meet performance, scalability, and cybersecurity standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
  • Three (3) years of experience in the job offered, engineering, or related occupation.
  • Three (3) years of experience working with business systems analysis or enterprise applications, including ADempiere Open-Source ERP, commissions systems integrations, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Three (3) years of experience in PostgreSQL, SQL, PL/SQL, optimizing queries, transforming transactional data, and tuning performance within ADempiere ERP databases.
  • Experience designing and implementing secure, scalable integrations across ERP, CRM, commissions, and reporting platforms, using modern enterprise integration patterns.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with eWorksheets, data analytics platforms, RPA platforms and tools, and enterprise reporting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the evolution and integration of enterprise systems, focusing on ADempiere Open-Source ERP and internally developed commissions management software.
  • Driving digital transformation initiatives to promote operational efficiency and ensure seamless system interoperability.
  • Leading master data governance initiatives to promote accuracy, consistency, and integrity of shared data across ADempiere Open-Source ERP, CRM, commissions platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Directing the configuration, deployment, and integration of enterprise applications to establish robust connectivity between ADempiere Open-Source ERP, CRM systems, internally developed commission’s software, and eWorksheets.
  • Evaluating and approving integration work to meet performance, scalability, and cybersecurity requirements.
