Requirements
- Students working toward a 4-year construction or engineering related degree.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Highly collaborative.
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of construction techniques, drawings and specifications, and building materials.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for bidding functions, project management, and construction supervision efforts.
- Assist in the management and coordination of submittals, cost control, scheduling, reporting, and document control activities through various phases of the project.
- Gain exposure to the complete project life-cycle, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities.
- Attend structured training classes and visit multiple active project sites.
Benefits
- Intern compensation rate is $19 per hour.
