About The Position

VTG is seeking a Project Integrator in McLean, Virginia. The role engages senior-level clients to understand their organizations, clarify goals, draw out objectives and vision, and provide an external, holistic view of organizational potential and challenges. The Project Integrator uses strategic expertise to anticipate client needs and develop paths toward modernization.

The position works with senior leadership, stakeholders, and technical and functional teams to identify challenges, recommend improvements, facilitate alignment and informed decision-making, and support systems integration and modernization. It also coordinates project reviews and tracks milestones, risks, deliverables, action items, and requirements to keep work aligned with mission objectives and timelines.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Previous customer experience supporting complex projects or mission requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement business process improvements.
• Experience with systems integration, technical requirements, or design documentation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience with program/project management or strategic planning.
• Previous experience directly supporting senior leadership.
• Demonstrated success leading an organizational modernization or process improvement initiative.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to identify organizational challenges, define objectives, and recommend strategic improvements.
• Facilitate meetings, working groups, and technical exchanges to align priorities and support informed decision making.
• Identify and champion business process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and mission effectiveness.
• Coordinate project reviews, track milestones, assess risks, and develop executive-level briefings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to evaluate requirements and support systems integration and modernization initiatives.
• Track project deliverables, action items, and requirements to ensure alignment with mission objectives and established timelines.
