About The Position

BHI is searching for a high-performing Project Field Superintendent to oversee traveling crews within our Wireless & Communications (W&C) division. This position is a critical component of our operations to oversee the overall performance of fiber optic installation, splicing, and testing. You will lead by example, working with tools alongside your crews in the field when necessary to ensure all jobs are conducted in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of experience covering all aspects of Fiber Optic Installation, Splicing, and Testing
At least 4 years of working experience within the construction industry specifically including prior management responsibilities
OSHA 30 certification is required
Ability to participate in moderate to heavy travel, often required at a moment's notice
