Our Field Project Manager (Construction Superintendent) is an ideal position for individuals interested in on-the-job training to learn more about interior construction management trades for some of the most well-respected brands in America. The position is a year-round, full-time position and applicant must be willing to travel up to 60-70% of the time annually. What you’ll be doing: You will receive on-the-job training to learn about project management, including but not limited to: estimating costs, monitoring aligned budget categories, working with design teams, maintaining scheduling, and ensuring a seamless process of projects from start to finish, in addition to hands-on project completion needs. You will interface with clients, design teams, and construction crews to coordinate and participate in commercial construction projects throughout the United States. This position requires you to be hands-on at times, when in the field, working directly in each project, and directly managing all trade subcontractors.
