Project Field Superintendent (Fiber) TRAVEL REQUIRED
About The Position
BHI is searching for a high-performing Project Field Superintendent to oversee traveling crews within our Wireless & Communications (W&C) division. This position is a critical component of our operations to oversee the overall performance of fiber optic installation, splicing, and testing. We offer a competitive wage range of $34 - $42 per hour depending on experience, which is paid on a weekly basis. Along with great pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and life insurance, as well as a 401k with a company match and paid time off (PTO). In addition to a steady full-time schedule, this role includes site specific per diem to support your time on the road. You will lead by example, working with tools alongside your crews in the field when necessary to ensure all jobs are conducted in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience covering all aspects of Fiber Optic Installation, Splicing, and Testing.
- At least 4 years of working experience within the construction industry specifically including prior management responsibilities.
- OSHA 30 certification is required.
- Ability to participate in moderate to heavy travel, often required at a moment's notice.
