The Project Executive – K–12 Business Development is a seller-doer leader responsible for establishing TimberQuest’s presence in the Southern California K–12 / DSA market by originating work, shaping delivery strategy, and ensuring successful execution of early projects. This role is designed for a Project Executive-level builder who can operate across the full lifecycle, from relationship development and pursuit strategy through preconstruction and into early execution. The position requires an individual who can win work through credibility, guide clients through risk, and stand behind delivery outcomes. The Project Executive will act as a trusted advisor to school districts, program managers, architects, and construction partners, translating TimberQuest’s prefabricated/Flat Packed/Modular approach into solutions that align with DSA requirements, district expectations, and real-world project constraints.
