About The Position

The Project Engineering Coordinator role manages engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. The role supports strategic focuses on capacity expansion, debottlenecking, and product portfolio growth by enabling the introduction of new products and manufacturing capabilities. A key aspect of the role is to build a disciplined project execution model that consistently delivers projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Requirements

BS Engineering; Preferred Mechanical
3-4 Years Experience in manufacturing environment
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, SAP, CAD, Autodesk Inventor)
Familiarity with Project Management principals
Must be able to manage multiple deadlines with competing priorities
Strong problem-solving skills
Proven ability to analyze/interpret data and compile reports
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision
Safety and Quality mindset to achieve results
Self-motivated and goal oriented

Responsibilities

Executes and/or leads work in the area of expertise Project Engineering.
Manages engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals effectively.
Develop equipment specifications, process designs, and technical scopes of work.
Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, vendor documentation, and technical deliverables.
Ensure all engineering designs comply with applicable company standards, industry codes, regulatory requirements, and good engineering practices.
