About The Position

The Engineering Coordinator supports Engineering Team projects, training initiatives, and special assignments, including projects related to expanding robotic palletizing equipment. The role assists Engineering managers with daily coordination, follow-up, and communication related to Engineering and Production operations. It also serves as a communication liaison between management and Production/Engineering employees, sharing updates, gathering concerns, and supporting issue resolution.

The coordinator checks production lines and Engineering mechanics daily and reports equipment, workflow, or operational issues as needed. The role supports Production operations through communication with production operators and daily line-related follow-up, and coordinates office meetings, operation trainings, department events, and other internal communication activities.

Requirements

• University or Junior College education.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Nice To Haves

• Basic engineering function knowledge.
• 0–2 years’ experience in Engineering, Production, Project coordination, or a related field.
• Korean and Spanish language skills.

Responsibilities
