The Engineering Coordinator will support Engineering Team projects, training initiatives, and special assignments, including projects related to the expansion of robotic palletizing equipment. This role will assist Engineering managers with daily coordination, follow-up, and communication related to Engineering and Production operations. The coordinator will serve as a communication liaison between management and Production/Engineering employees, sharing updates, gathering concerns, and supporting issue resolution. Responsibilities include checking production lines and Engineering mechanics daily, reporting equipment, workflow, or operational issues, and supporting Production operations by communicating with production operators and assisting with daily line-related follow-up. The role also involves coordinating and supporting office meetings, operation trainings, department events, and other internal communication activities.
