Requirements
- 3+ years in a Project Engineering, Program Management, Program Engineering or Project Management role.
- A background in Injection Molding or Contract Manufacturing.
- Natural communicator who can lead teams, resolve conflicts, and manage direct customer interactions with ease.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, Teams).
Nice To Haves
- Medical device experience
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar PMIS
Responsibilities
- Developing Statements of Work (SOW), assembling cross-functional teams, and defining clear deliverables.
- Managing full-scale project timelines and navigating the critical path using advanced project management toolkits.
- Proactively identifying, documenting, and mitigating risks to ensure seamless delivery.
- Acting as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring expectations are met and communication is transparent.
