About The Position

Pinemar is hiring a Project Engineer to support custom residential construction and major renovation projects in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. This is an early-career opportunity, including for recent graduates with a relevant degree, to gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle and develop toward Project Management. The Project Engineer works with Project Managers, Superintendents, architects, designers, trade partners, vendors, and clients on drawings, budgets, procurement, field coordination, change management, scheduling, and closeout. Success in the first year means keeping project information accurate and current, meeting commitments and deadlines, identifying coordination issues before they affect the field, developing a solid understanding of drawings, scope, budgets, and costs, building strong working relationships, communicating proactively, and taking increasing ownership of project responsibilities.
