About The Position

The Project Engineer assists in managing, evaluating, and assessing the information necessary to construct a project on time. The role supports project documentation, drawing review, quality control, site logistics, scheduling, safety, and field coordination. The position is in the Caribbean region, and candidates should be open to relocating to the St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and aptitude.
• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.

• Open to relocating to the St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with document control and Exhibit Bs.
• Read and understand basic shop drawings and compare them to project documents.
• Verify shop drawings against field conditions.
• Assist in maintaining the project file.
• Support the quality control and punch list process.
• Assist with site logistics and the Construction Management Plan.
• Assist with establishing and maintaining vertical and horizontal control on the project.
• Assist with job-site safety requirements.
• Assist with Baseline Schedule updates.
• Assist the Superintendent with project documentation, including the Daily Report.
