Requirements

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of construction or project engineering experience preferred.
Knowledge of construction scheduling, estimating, and permitting processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support preconstruction planning and coordination for residential construction projects.
Review project plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and constructability.
Assist with developing project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
Solicit, review, and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals.
Prepare bid packages and scopes of work for subcontractors and vendors.
Coordinate permitting, regulatory approvals, and project logistics.
Assist with value engineering efforts to improve project quality and cost efficiency.
Conduct site investigations and support project startup activities.
Coordinate with project managers, field teams, architects, and engineers throughout the construction process.
Help develop project-specific safety and quality plans before construction begins.
