About The Position

Keeley Companies is hiring a Project Engineer for its Civil Group in St. Louis, Missouri. The role supports construction projects by coordinating project-team communications, managing documentation, assisting with bid and estimating work, maintaining submittal and RFI logs, and helping manage scope changes and change proposals. The Project Engineer must follow OSHA and company safety requirements and participate in required construction meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Complete an assessment as part of the selection process.
• Complete a pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Internship experience performing similar responsibilities in sitework, concrete, grading, wastewater, heavy civil, or related work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work and correspondence among project team members.
• Manage documentation related to construction projects.
• Assist with bid solicitation and estimating functions.
• Adhere to OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Prepare and maintain submittal and RFI logs based on project drawings and specifications.
• Document and communicate scope changes and related project impacts to the project team.
• Coordinate the change proposal, review, and submission process.
• Participate in required construction meetings with personnel, subcontractors, designers, and owners.
