About The Position
Wharton-Smith, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer Intern willing to work in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The intern supports the Project Engineer and Project Manager with planning, organization, and completion of projects within an assigned area of responsibility. Responsibilities
- Coordinate with and assist the Project Engineer and Project Manager with project planning, organization, and completion within an assigned area of responsibility.
- Review project plans and confer with management.
- Review bids from contractors.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform data entry.
- Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer with daily tasks and duties.
