We are looking for a Project Engineer - Structural to join our dynamic team in Salt Lake City, Utah or Boise, Idaho where you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of marine, waterfront, and bridge structures. Requirements

Strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to collaborate with in-person and remote teams
Ability to define problems, collect/interpret data, evaluate facts, draw valid conclusions, and effectively communicate findings/results.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks efficiency and effectively.
Familiarity with structural analysis and drafting software (i.e. STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, AutoCAD Civil 3D, etc.)
Bachelor's degree and/or master’s degree in civil, with a focus in structural engineering from an accredited four-year university.
0 - 4 years of relevant structural engineering
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification or ability to obtain within 1 year
Valid US Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

Experience in designing bridges, marine waterfronts, industrial structures, and temporary construction works, including demolition plans, erection plans, shoring, cofferdams, and concrete formwork.

Responsibilities

Perform structural engineering computations using conventional structural engineering design software, codes, procedures, practices, and standards.
Prepare structural engineering documents including calculations, specifications, and project documentation.
Develop written reports and/or provide verbal communication of information in a professional and appropriate manner.
Collaborate structural engineering work with other project participants and assist senior engineers.
Actively participate in project meetings and work to actively resolve project issues.
Identify, creative and innovative engineering solutions based on client, project, and site constraints.
