About The Position

As a Project Engineer responsible for Program Integration, you will ensure end-to-end integration of Operational related activities, including support Program Reviews, Quarterly Reviews, Planning Meetings, and Technical Director Reviews. You will lead/coordinate integration activities at the program level, including leading Integrated Product Teams. You will ensure program readiness heading into major milestones, facilitate communication/collaboration across related projects and SSP customers to reduce programmatic risk and ensure operational readiness. You will coordinate the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of Engineering projects within your area of assigned responsibility. You will help develop timely resolution plans of issues, compliance evidence, and all associated documentation, and resolve systems engineering and program execution issues quickly to support leadership and customer needs. You will ensure proper coordination/balance of cost, schedule, and technical impacts across activities in a manner that supports schedules. General duties will include project management functions such as program planning, contract interpretation, and system integration, as well as cost and risk management.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Familiarity with operation activities
  • Demonstrated ability to work with technical, operational leads and multiple SSP customers to manage cost, schedule, and technical scopes
  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
